Vision: Our lab aims to develop experimental and numerical tools to address research and development needs in thermal management of electronics and power systems and advance the fundamental understanding of phase-change transport processes.
Current Focus: Our research is currently focused on the development of
- compact, lightweight cooling algorithms for high power density systems
- Reliable two-phase cooling systems under dynamic heat loads
- real-time, robust, and non-intrusive fault detection and diagnostic methods for cooling systems
- data-driven modeling of interface dynamics during transport processes
